About the Founder
With nearly three decades of experience across both industry and academia, Mr. M.P. Srinivas is a seasoned education professional, global strategist, and transformational life coach. For the past 19 years, he has empowered learners and professionals through the belief that “training is all about transforming people’s souls.”
Born with a physical challenge that was corrected in childhood, he grew up embracing resilience, sports, and a passion for growth. His journey from early marketing roles to senior leadership positions reflects his determination to turn challenges into strength and vision.
Over the years, he has built a distinguished reputation for enabling amicable global MoUs, fostering strong industry–academia partnerships, and opening pathways for international opportunities. Recognizing his ability to contribute far beyond a single institution, 9 industry organisations and 9 universities encouraged him to begin his own consultancy—motivating the birth of Globance.
Today, he leverages more than 1,000+ global decision-making connections, extensive travel experiences across India and Europe, and a deep understanding of strategic collaboration to support institutions, industries, and students worldwide.
